THE NATURE OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT & THE BUSINESS VISSION AND MISSION

Assalamualaikum . ok, now i'm wrote my second post. Today we learned our first chapter about strategic management. Well, as usual i feel so enjoy in this class. I'm not feel stress in this class. huhu. Miss Ummi really attracked us about her lesson. Today we olls learned about the definition of strategic management, its strategic, vision & mission and many explanation about it. Strategic means formulating, implementing, and also evaluating cross functional decisions that enable an organization to achieve its objective.  In strategic management, we got three strategies which is Strategy formulation, strategy implementing & one more is strategy evaluation.In strategy formulation we got vision,mission, Identify organization external opportunity and threats, identify  strength and also weakness, decide what business to enter, what business to abound, avoid hostile takeover, how to allocated resources and also whether to enter international markets. Next strategy is Strategy of Implementing, in this strategy we often called the action stage, Implementing also requires a firm to establish annual objective, devise policies, motivate employees and allocate resources so that formulated strategic can be executed.Lastly, about strategy of Evaluation. In this strategy, evaluation was important in reviewing external and internal factors. The next chapter we've learned about Vision and mission. I love alot about this chapter. in this chapter i can say and summarized that vision and mission is very important t achieve our aim or objective. To grab the Vision we should have the mission . In conclusion, Vision is about WHAT we want to become and Mission is HOW we want to become WHAT we want to be.  As a student we also should have the vision and mission. For an example, i want to be the successful person, so i need to study hard and got an excellent result. Not just in academic but i have to success in all aspect, so I can got a title Successful Person. I thinks that's all for today. Happy reading. huhu. sorry about my grammar. Thank You :)

My personal details and my expactation about this subject

Assalamualaikum and hello. My name is Nur Atiqah Binti Md.Zarin . Im from TMA3. Before that, I want to apologise to madam about my speaking and my grammar. well i am not so good in English Language but i hope madam can understand it. huhu :) .Well today is my first class in subject strategic management. And woww. our class got Miss Ummi as our lecture teacher. She is so nice and sporting lecturer. Im really enjoy in her class. Can't stop laughing. Today we do not learn yet about our subject in deeply. Miss Ummi just introduce to us about this subject by giving us some practical. Thats is we have to build up the tower by using newspaper with our creativity.we was divided into some group.  Ouh my God, our tower does not so strong and when Miss Ummi touch it, its straight fell down. hahaha. I hope Miss Ummi and Madam Nurul Huda can guide me and my friends about this subject. I hope i can give my best and score this subject . Insha ALLAH. Glad to have Miss Ummi and Madam Huda as my lecturer. Both of you are so sporting and supportive teacher. huhu. Thank you so much . Feel bless be your student . huuu.
